It's that time of the year again...

Gintoki's birthday! :>D

That's 3 years in a row this post has come up. It's helping me keep tabs on how many years this blog is up, heh. As are the domain renewal reminders, but, uh

I'd started this blog around October-ish 2 years ago, I guess, so while this is the 3rd birthday post dedicated to Gintoki, the blog's a little over 2 years old. I'm happy with the progress of it so far. Though I did end up dropping it off for a while, but the more I try to think of this as something I should do regularly, the more inclined I will be to ditch it again. So for now, happy with how it's going as it is :-)

But why, in this site of mature, reasonably crafty craft tutorials do I keep posting about this sole anime character? Well, for one, my tutorials (the writing, the projects) aren't really mature and there's a whole section dedicated to making RPGs, so the anime connection isn't that wild and I'm certain no one would have this question, but oh well. Words.

Anyway, I keep vacillating between blogging about my unholy love for this show and re-reading Blogging Twilight to practice my mental Bella-voice (because who else uses vacillating when speaking to themselves (geddit? ahahaha)), and that's how every October passes.

But Gintama as a show is too wondrous and magical for a mere singular blog post, and so I inevitably pass up the opportunity to start writing about it. So I shall this year, too. Maybe if I ever begin, I'll write it at my meeseface blog instead. Until then, you must all stay satisfied with whimsical birthday posts to the coolest, dA b3st! anime protagonist ever.
